Beach Dreams is a community of seasonal cottages in the picturesque New England community of Wells, Maine. Our community consists of 229 cottages and year-round townhouses located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95.  All of the cottages are individually owned and all rentals are handled privately.
