We will be open for owner’s visits from 10AM to 1PM.  (You must leave the property by 1PM, please do not come at 1PM.)

**Please remember that some dates may need to be cancelled based on property conditions or weather.  We will provide as much notice as possible, if this were to happen. We will have the bathroom outside of the Beach Dreams office available, and check in at the front gate.

The purpose of these visit opportunities would be to check on your cottage for pests or storm damage, etc. The Town of Wells regulations state that if you wish to come, that it should be an onsite maximum of 15 minutes.
