There will be a bulk-style dumpster temporarily at the Main Clubhouse for Owner use starting May 1st.  This will be for bulk household goods and furniture.  Once it is full, it will be removed.  It may fill before the end of the week.

Please abide by the following guidelines:

No Fuels, Oils or Paints
No Cleaners
No Propane tanks
No Monitors
No Oil Tank
No Refrigerators
No Household Garbage

The following cost extra!!!- please pay the front office if you wish to dump one of the following in there. Please only checks, no cash.
Mattresses are $50 each
A/C Units are $75 each
Tires are $18 each

Reminder that once the dumpster is full, please DO NOT ADD MORE ITEMS.
We don’t know how long the dumpster will be onsite. We will call to have it removed when it is full. Thank you all!
